When your asphalt sealcoating service technician arrives at your Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky home, he will be a uniformed well mannered person. Neighborhood Asphalt Seal Coat uses a pick up truck that is complete with all the asphalt seal coating equipment needed to get your job done correctly. We feel this is less intrusive than a large tanker truck that is unsightly and loud for residential communities.

The usual steps for driveway sealcoating. 

 

• The driveway sealcoat technician will trim the edges of the driveway to create a uniform look and keep the sealcoating off your grass.

• Ensure that the driveway is clean and free from excess dirt and dust and blow off the driveway. Extremely dirty driveways can incur additional cost for labor and time. 

• Tape off or shield any concrete adjoining to the asphalt driveway so we can cut in with sealcoating and eliminate any chance of over coating.

• Large asphalt cracks and asphalt pot holes will be patched if the home owner directs.

• Sealcoating will then be pumped or poured on to your driveway and brushed in a uniform fashion over the surface working the sealcoating into your driveway for a long lasting coat.

• Once coated the technician will place road cones and a small rope gate to prevent drivers from entering. Twenty four(24) hours for foot traffic and forty eight (48) for the full curing. Please plan accordingly for vehicle storage and useage.
